Defective on arrival? Message us a clear photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping plus send a replacement at no cost.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund (less RM30 handling fee), or for store credit / exchange of equal value.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags attached. Memory cards, opened software, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Setting up your gear isn't going as expected? WhatsApp us at 012 931 5510 — we'll usually fix it without a return.
If your item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item:
- WhatsApp or email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and a clear photo of the defect.
- We'll arrange return shipping at our cost and dispatch a replacement (or full refund, your choice).
If you've changed your mind (within 14 days of delivery):
- Email us with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, post the unused item to our store address (return-shipping cost is on you).
- We refund the item value less a flat RM30 handling fee, processed within 7–10 working days of receipt.

International customers have 30 days from delivery to return items. Email [email protected] first to start the process.
- Defective / wrong-item returns: we'll guide you through the return shipping reimbursement.
- Change-of-mind returns: customer covers return shipping; refund less RM30 handling.
- Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Mark "RETURN OF GOODS" on the customs declaration so the package isn't taxed on re-entry.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (FPX, card, or e-wallet). Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to a Maybank account you nominate.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective items.
