  2. Get a free valuationNext, our team reviews your equipment and sends you a no-obligation offer based on its condition and current market value. Therefore, you always know the price before you commit to anything.
  3. Confirm and hand overIf you accept the offer, bring your gear to our Kuala Lumpur store or ship it to us. We then inspect the item in person to confirm its condition matches the description.
  4. Get paid or upgradeFinally, choose cash or store credit. If you are upgrading, you can put the credit straight toward a new or preloved camera on the same visit, so there is no waiting.

Tip: Before you trade in, you should back up your photos and factory-reset the camera. Also, try to include the original box, charger and accessories, since complete kits usually earn a higher offer.
